In today’s online shopping market, we believe that honesty is the best policy. That’s why we designed the most generous, fair and transparent store policy for our customers. Read the following sections to find out more about how we ship or exchange products, or about how we secure your personal data. Please don't hesitate to contact us if you have any questions!

Payments

Please visit the payment method section at checkout to learn all methods of payments currently accepted.  At this time, most major credit cards are accepted as well as PayPal and Square for in-person transactions.  Cash may also be accepted for any in-person events only.  Full payments must be received in order for the transactions to be completed and orders to be processed.​

Return Policy

For all customized orders, no returns, exchanges, or cancellations will be accepted, and all sales will be final.  All items are quality inspected prior to shipping to ensure highest quality handcrafted products are provided.  However, if you have any issues or concerns, please contact us.

All customized items are made with extra care, labor, and caution; and due to the nature of the various crafts, there will be no exceptions to the policy.

Accessories, home decor, other miscellaneous items, etc., sales are final and no refunds or exchanges
will be allowed.

For all boutique items, exchanges may be made within 7 business days at the discretion of Sweet TreasYours such as exchanging sizes for the exact same item originally purchased.  Please contact us should you need to make a return.  All items must be returned in the exact same condition as received, with all tags, etc., and with no alterations or defects.  All items are inspected for quality before being shipped.  In the event that size(s) and/or quantity(ies) are not available at the time of your exchange, a refund will be given for the amount of your original purchase price only for the items that are no longer available for exchanges.  Again, all items must be returned in the same condition as received.  For all exchanges, the purchaser is responsible for shipping costs to return the item(s) and/or any new shipping costs for any exchanges.  Sweet TreasYours strongly suggests that you read the specifications for all items, especially sizing, as well as return policies for each item, as sales are final with few exceptions such as exchanges.

Processing and Shipping Policies

Most customized items are processed within 3-5 business days and will ship upon completion based on items and quantities ordered.  Larger quantities may require longer processing times, which will be relayed once order is placed and estimated processing time is available.  For larger orders, Sweet TreasYours strongly encourages that you place your order within 3 to 4 weeks in advance to ensure enough processing and shipping time.  Orders placed over the weekend and/or during holidays will typically start processing the following Monday with the exclusion of federal holidays, in which orders will begin processing the following business day.​

Products that do not require customization will be processed with varying times based on the item(s), quantity(ies), and availability.  The average processing time is 7-14 business days and varies with each item. Please see product specifications for each item for more information.

Customization/Personalization Requests

All customized/personalized items are subject to copyright and trademark protections, and Sweet TreasYours has the right to deny or approve all or portions of a submitted request due to the aforementioned.  Please ensure that you have all necessary permissions prior to submitting your request(s), as Sweet TreasYours will not be responsible for any damages due to misuse and/or copyright/intellectual property infringement. 

Local Pickups (for Painted Tree - Mall of GA, Buford)

Sweet TreasYours offers local pickup and transactions at The Painted Tree - Mall of GA, Buford only.  Any orders placed online will be able to be scheduled for local pickup and/or you have the option of placing an order at Painted Tree for local pickup as well.  Any local pickup requests will still be processed as outlined above; however, once the order has been completed, the items will be left for you to pickup at your convenience during normal business hours at Painted Tree Monday through Sunday from 10 a.m. to 8 p.m. (EST).  You will be notified once your order has been dropped off and is ready for pickup.  No in-person pickups or deliveries can be scheduled at this time, and all pickups will be handled at Painted Tree - Mall of GA, Buford only.
